HILL, Circuit Judge: After a jury trial, defendant Bronzie Carter was convicted of unlawfully distributing heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. Â§ 841(a)(1) and of conspiring to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. Â§ 846. By order of this Court, the defendant's direct appeal from his convictions has been consolidated on this appeal with the defendant's appeal from the district court's denial of his motion for a new trial. The defendant challenges his convictions on several grounds. We hold that the defendant's allegations of error are meritless, and we affirm.
